Muxlyai provides AI workflows for prompt generation, image generation, AI detection, humanization, paraphrasing, billing, and account management. Using the service means you understand that inputs and outputs flow through our application stack and selected third-party providers in order to deliver the product.
Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide directly, such as your email address, display name, and authentication metadata. We also store the inputs, outputs, and status records needed to operate Muxlyai, including prompts, uploaded files, generation history, and credit ledger activity.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate you, run the requested AI workflows, maintain history, enforce credits and billing rules, respond to support requests, and monitor the product for fraud, abuse, and reliability issues.
AI providers and subprocessors
When you run a workflow, the relevant request data may be sent to our model and infrastructure providers, including services used for prompt optimization, image generation, text analysis, storage, authentication, analytics, email delivery, and error monitoring. We only send the data needed to perform the requested operation.
Uploads, outputs, and retention
User uploads and generated outputs are stored so you can view history, retry work, and download results later. We may retain failed job records and related debug metadata to investigate generation issues, credit disputes, abuse, or operational incidents.
Payments and billing
Payment processing is handled by third-party billing providers. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our own servers. We retain transaction references, plan identifiers, and credit purchase records needed for billing support and account reconciliation.
Security and access controls
We use authentication, scoped database access, signed URLs, and server-side controls to reduce unauthorized access. No service is perfectly secure, so you should avoid submitting highly sensitive regulated data unless you have independently confirmed the workflow is appropriate for that use.
Your choices
You can review your account information inside the app, request password resets, and contact support for questions about your account or stored data. Some operational records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, audit, or legitimate platform security reasons.
