By accessing or using Muxlyai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the website, application, related APIs, billing flows, and support interactions tied to your Muxlyai account.
Using the service
You may use Muxlyai only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and requests you submit, and for making sure you have the right to use any source material you provide.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that happens under it. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately and contact support.
Credits, plans, and purchases
Muxlyai may offer starter credits, recurring subscriptions, and a one-time Top Up. Credits are consumed according to the product pricing and usage rules displayed in the app. Purchased credits and subscription benefits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a billing or service error occurred.
Generated results and platform output
As between you and Muxlyai, you retain rights in the material you submit and may use the outputs we generate for you, subject to the rights of any third-party providers, the source material you supplied, and applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
Availability and changes
We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, pricing, providers, limits, or workflows at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and some workflows may be delayed, rate-limited, or temporarily disabled while we handle provider failures or abuse issues.
Prohibited use
You may not use Muxlyai to violate law, infringe rights, abuse third-party systems, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, interfere with platform reliability, or submit content that is malicious, deceptive, or designed to evade safety or billing controls.
Limitation of liability
Muxlyai is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
